We loved the hotel's clean and spacious room with a lovely terrace offering a great view. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful in providing directions and always willing to bring us extra pillows and ice. The hotel's location in a reasonably quiet area close to the city centre made it easy for us to either walk or take a tuk-tuk for a small fee.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with beautiful state of the art amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and always eager to help. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the city center yet situated in a quiet area surrounded by nature. the hotel had a swimming pool that was available for guests to use and enjoy.
The breakfast menu was limited and lacked variety. some areas of the hotel, such as the outdoor aesthetic and wardrobe space in the rooms could benefit from improvement.

Our Christmas at this hotel had some enjoyable moments. The spacious and comfortable room, coupled with a lovely shower, were the two standout facts. The hotel's location was ideal, situated in a reasonably quiet area yet still within walking distance to the lake and town center. Furthermore, the staff were always friendly and happy to provide us with anything we requested.
There were some downsides to our stay. We were disappointed with the lack of options on the breakfast menu. Moreover, the swimming pool was quite dirty, and we didn't have the desire to use it. Finally, it was a small annoyance, but there was a sewage smell coming from a drain in the bathroom, which got stronger as more guests arrived. All in all, while our experience wasn't terrible, it wasn't perfect either.

the staff were incredibly friendly, always eager to help and accommodating. the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning that made a big difference. Extra pillows were brought up upon request. the location was perfect, a reasonably quiet area within walking distance to the lake and town center. Tuk-tuks were also readily available if needed.
The breakfast menu was limited and lacked variety.
